Grief Support Coaching

You don't have to
navigate loss alone.

Compassionate. Structured. At your pace.

Grief is not a problem to be solved — it's a process to be witnessed, supported, and gently guided through. As a certified grief support practitioner, I offer a structured, compassionate space for those navigating loss of any kind.

What Grief Support Looks Like

A space to feel, process,
and move forward.

Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it doesn't follow a script. Whether you've lost a person, a relationship, a career, a version of yourself, or a future you'd imagined — the pain is real and it deserves real support. Sessions are conducted entirely via Zoom at a pace that feels right for you. There's no pressure to "be over it" — only space to move through it with guidance, structure, and genuine compassion.

At your own pace
Grief has no timeline. Sessions are structured around where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be.
Judgment-free space
Every session is a space to say what needs to be said, feel what needs to be felt, without fear of being misunderstood.
Certified practitioner
Certified grief support training combined with thirty years of nursing practice — someone who understands both the emotional and physical dimensions of grief.
100% virtual, always private
Zoom sessions from wherever you feel safe. No waiting room, no commute, no pressure to appear okay when you're not.
My Approach

Grief isn't something
you get over.
It's something you
learn to carry.

The goal of grief support coaching isn't to make the pain disappear. It's to help you find the capacity to hold it — and still move. Still breathe. Still live. With structure, compassion, and the right tools, most people discover they are stronger than their grief has made them feel. Sessions are entirely tailored to you. We don't follow a one-size-fits-all script. We go where you need to go, at the pace your nervous system can handle.

Loss of a person
Whether sudden or anticipated, the death of someone you love creates a grief that is entirely unique to your relationship with them.
Loss of a relationship
Divorce, estrangement, breakups — these losses are just as real as death, and they deserve the same compassion and support.
Loss of identity or purpose
Job loss, retirement, a diagnosis, a life change — when who you were no longer fits, that disorientation is grief too.
Loss of a future
Grieving what was supposed to be — a pregnancy, a plan, a version of your life — is one of the most lonely and least-acknowledged forms of grief.
You don't have to do this alone
